Pack counts that fill the pallet

Each option shows units per pallet, pallet height and weight, so you can pick a case count your customers and your pallet both like.

Corrugated board made simple

Choose E, B, C, EB or BC flute and an edge crush (ECT) grade. We recommend double wall for heavier cases.

Already have a case?

Enter your own case size and quantity — for example 1,000 stick packs in a 457 × 305 × 305 mm case — and we fit it to the pallet for you.

Frequently asked questions

Which case style should I use?

The regular slotted case (FEFCO 0201) suits most products. Full-overlap cases add strength top and bottom; shrink-wrapped trays are retail ready.

What is a sensible case weight?

Many warehouses limit manual handling to around 15–20 kg per case. You can set your own limit.
