The service

Product2Pallet calculates suggested carton, shipping case and pallet configurations from the information you enter. Free plans show headline results; full reports are available by one-off purchase or Pro subscription.

Results are guidance

Calculations, board grades, strength (BCT) checks, weights and transport figures are estimates based on typical values. Always confirm specifications with your packaging supplier and test real packs before production or shipment. We are not responsible for losses arising from relying on results without that confirmation.

Accounts

Keep access to your email account secure — anyone who can open your sign-in links can access your plans. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

Payments

Prices are shown before you pay. A one-off report unlocks the full report for that plan. Pro is billed monthly until you cancel; cancelling stops the next payment and Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid. Payments are processed by Stripe. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, email hello@product2pallet.com.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, scrape data in bulk, resell access, or overload the system (including the photo generator).

Changes

We may improve or change the service and these terms. Significant changes will be shown on this page with a new date.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
