Who we are

Product2Pallet (product2pallet.com) helps businesses plan cartons, shipping cases and pallet loads. If you have any question about your data, email hello@product2pallet.com.

What we collect

Your email address when you sign in (by email link or with Google — from Google we receive only your name and email address). The plans you save: product, carton, shipper and pallet choices and measurements. Payment status for reports and subscriptions. Basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser) kept for security and to prevent abuse.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Product photos you upload are kept on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers.

How we use it

To sign you in, save and reopen your plans, unlock reports you have paid for, manage your subscription, and reply to you. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (hosting, database, email delivery and AI image generation), Stripe (payments, tax and invoices — Stripe may act as the seller of record for your purchase), and Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google).

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and store your plan in your browser so your work is not lost. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Your account and saved plans are kept until you ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Email hello@product2pallet.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
